1:42:59 PM Chairman Skinner Call to Order. Meeting was held in West Yellowstone at the Holiday Inn. Present were Commissioners Skinner, Murdock, and White, and Acting Clerk to the Board Veniece Lindemulder.

2:09:51 PM Commissioner White I'd make a motion to modify the first sentence of the recital which is, presently is says, "Whereas Blackwood Road beginning at Fowler Road and ending at Highway 191 is a dedicated public road." I'd like to modify the language and change "dedicated public road" to say "county-maintained road," comments.
